TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which you ("Customer") may use the web and cloud hosting services provided by 1406557 B.C. LTD. ("dec0de.xyz" or "Host"). By using Host's services, Customer agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Services

Host will provide hosting services to Customer subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Host may modify, add, or remove features or services at any time and without notice. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Host has the right to monitor Customer's use of the services to ensure compliance with this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Payment

Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with the hosting services provided by Host. Payment is due on a monthly basis, and failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services. We do NOT offer refunds.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Host makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the services provided. Host disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Host be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the hosting services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruption of service.

6. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Host harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with Customer's use of the hosting services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Customer will no longer have access to the hosting services.

8. Amendment

Host reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without notice. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement for any changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Host is located.
